    I bought this product refurbished however, I did expect all working parts to be there. The IPad was so dead, I got nothing when plugging it in to charge. I also didn’t get the correct charger for it. I was told by an online agent they couldn’t help me online. If I was able to go to the store, I would’ve done that from the start

    It’s a pretty good iPad no problems with the I pad it’s really durable. My kids dropped it a few times and didn’t leave a crack until it was dropped off a five foot tall table onto the tile floor.

    The product that I received was great. It was a present for my 9 year old son. It didn't even look or appear used and it works perfect. I would recommend buying pre-owned only from best buy

    I brought this tablet thinking it was going to be a good buy only to find out that the battery on it doesn’t support not even one hour on it , my son always complains on how he’s tablet is always dying even after it’s fully charged and the fact that it takes up to 3 hours to fully charge , I would love a completely new tablet since this one was definitely not worth the buy

    Apple will not allow you to do current updates for this iPad. So it’s practically useless. Do not waste your time buying old iPads anymore refurbished or not.
