Warranty return with no return

Horrible refurb

The iPad shut down within 2 weeks - had to push all the buttons then put it on charge to turn back on. Periodically shuts down still. Tried to return/exchange it but missed the day by 1 day (busy life and first opp I had was at day 15). Store employees were rude and wouldn’t do anything. The cord was from NOT an apple - looked like a knock off, wouldn’t charge and upon further investigation- the cord was already severed at attachment - already had to throw that away. Horrible experience for a 300$ item.

Was also advised by a store rep when pad was picked up, that pre owned items go thru a separate 3rd party to check pre owned products and are not apart of any evaluation to check pre owned products. Device stays on red battery an does not load up at all after 24-180 hours charged. NO STARS FOR ME

The refurbished iPad I purchased would not charge.
