    BestBuy doesn’t sell this refurbished IPads - it’s from a company called JemJem and my first order had a defective battery. I returned that and ordered another one, figured it was just bad luck. 2nd iPad shows up with a cracked screen, and after contacting them they say that is to be expected since it’s refurbished - even though I ordered one in “EXCELLENT” condition.

    Owned a refurbished cell phone, expected a refurbished iPad to function as well. And it has, thus far (19 days). Hope I do not regret purchase and early review.

    Works fine but the battery life is awful. Pretty much need to have it plugged in if using for more than 30 minutes. Battery drains quickly and the iPad shuts down around 25%. Would not buy a refurbished iPad again.

    not happy with this purchase as ipad only lasted 1 yr and then battery would no longer hold a charge. Definitely not worth the money...
