Everything was good . Except it was slow which I should have thought about before buying an old gen .

I mean it was refurbished, works fine, home button gets stuck and feels like it's broken. Battery goes down pretty fast.

It’s a non-working, non-fixable expensive piece of junk. I want my money back. I bought a Certified Refurbished Apple iPad Mini (4th Generation) (2015) - 128GB - Silver from you online. We could not get it to work. A Geek Squad guy couldn’t get it to work either. The Geek Squad guy did the best he could. IPad could not be loaded with new software to make it work. I want my money back for the iPad, the Geek Squad service - the whole amount - I cannot afford to lose over $170. The store was no help, since I ordered it online. So apparently what it comes down to is - I bought a piece of junk for about $130, plus tax, etc. not including the Geek Squad that I'm stuck paying for a year of a service I can't use. This is extremely unfair and upsetting - a very expensive lesson in never buying anything from Best Buy again - especially online.

I like it a lot. Lots more memory and faster processing than my current model. Replacement device for older slower tech.

I purchased the Ipad mini for my daughter's 17th birthday. She wanted the mini for certain games she plays online with friends. There is a fair amount of storage on the mini 4 which is great for a teenager

Came in great condition. If you are trying to buy as a Christmas gift you should start looking for refurbished no later than the first week of November. The refurbished sell out fast the closer you get to Christmas.

The ipad cuts off after being charged all night. We have to plug in again. What can I do to get a replacement?
