Sounded good but iPad will not update

Unfortunately that was not the case for me. I purchased a gen4 iPad that will not update software. We have tried multiple times and it is not able to complete the download for the update. Needless to say, it's going back today and I will purchase new.

Terrible purchase

Doesn’t work unless it stays plugged into charger. Battery issue. Tried returning, no help. Referred me to apple, which said either pay $155 fee to fix or get $55 credit to trade in. After I spent $230 on this.
