Batter dropped by 20% chunks…looks good. Processing was sketch (software or hardware dmg). This device was not properly tested nor fully refurbished.

I know others have written that they purchased pre-owned iPads and had no issues. Unfortunately that was not the case for me. I purchased a gen4 iPad that will not update software. We have tried multiple times and it is not able to complete the download for the update. Needless to say, it's going back today and I will purchase new.

HORRIBLE. Was a gift for my son. Doesn’t work unless it stays plugged into charger. Battery issue. Tried returning, no help. Referred me to apple, which said either pay $155 fee to fix or get $55 credit to trade in. After I spent $230 on this.

Super laggy. I should have returned before the warranty before it ran out and I could have got my full refund. Don’t recommend a 4th gen at all.
