No good after one month screen not working not recommended

Purchase at your own risk. If I could give it a zero I would. I bought these two ipad mini 4 tablets for my twin daughters birthday presents. I bought them a month and a half in advance. Wish I set them up and used them a little to see how they worked. They wont hold a charge and now I cant return them. I purchased $300 paper weights for my daughters. Best Buy does not guarantee their work or give any kind of warranty or device insurance on refurbished/preowned devices. Now they have useless tablets that I cant afford to fix or replace.

I was not expecting it going to be perfect like this. It like a brand new. It fast easy to set up I want to buy two more this week. It worth the money

I bought this pre owned iPad and after a few days the screen started to look dark and it would freeze a lot. Was not running smoothly. I returned it and bought a brand new one instead. Always buy new!

The ipad looks fine with just a few scratches on the back. It immediately updated to the latest iOS which pleased me

I was a bit leary of purchasing a preowned product at first, however, I have checked all that I can on this ipad and it seems to be a good fit. I've owned for nearly two months now and no issues to date.

If I could give no stars I would. I dont know who checks these devices before selling but they need to be fired and the workers at best buy. I ordered as a gift and when it was finally opened for use, it did not charge up. Took back to best buy for an exchange and they told me that I couldnt and that i had only a couple days to bring it back. How can i bring something back so quick that was a gift. So now im in a lost of money and ipad that doesn’t turn on because you can charge it.

I bought this for grandson, to play games on. It’s a good size, for young kids.

Works great and a good price for a pre-owned device.

My old iPad died on me and I put off getting a replacement for about a year. I wanted something a little smaller that can go between my purse and a carryons for travel. It’s also a good size for reading.

Item did not work. Would not transfer data. Unfortunately had a lot of hiccups. I had to return it and bout a new one like I originally thought.

I have purchased many refurbished Apple products with no problems. This purchase was an exception. After turning it on it began to have problems. It was difficult to turn on, did not hold a charge (down from 70% to 30% overnight), and was unstable, shutting down apps in the middle of a project. I returned it. The return was hassle-free and the clerk was most pleasant about it.

Had a few small scratches no problem performed good have no issue with it, plus it was for my little one she’s happy I’m happy

I upgraded to the Apple mini iPad 4. Are use it to fly my drone that I bought from Best Buy DJI Mavic mini. It works great and the price was good.

Very pleased with and I like that It’s the right size for traveling.

Works great for what I use it for I watch tv play games listen to music it pairs with the tv very easily

This was a great buy and it’s still working with no issues as if it was new

Best Buy misrepresented the condition of this product. It's refurbished but the screen is crap with scratches and pitting everywhere, as if the previous owner used to lay it down screen down all the time. I didn't notice until I got home and now my absolutely perfect trade in is gone, so I can't return it!
