iPad Screen Condition is Crap!

It's refurbished but the screen is crap with scratches and pitting everywhere, as if the previous owner used to lay it down screen down all the time. I didn't notice until I got home and now my absolutely perfect trade in is gone, so I can't return it!

She loves taking pictures and videos on the device. I searched everywhere for this and by luck I saw it became available. Overall really great buy!

Wouldn’t hold charge
