He took me to the area and explained the difference in earphones. I also went over to the appliance section because I was interested in purchasing a dryer. The employee spoke in a condescending manner and was not helpful at all. It resulted in making me uncomfortable so I purchased my dryer elsewhere. There was a huge difference in service and attitude between the two employees.
