The box came super damaged. I tried to chat with best buy about it multiple times but the customer service was awful. The person was chatting with multiple customers at the same time, but was not good at it. He kept writing stuff completely unrelated to my problem. I had to give up and take the loss because the store is too far from my home.

They broke 2 weeks. I thought because they were apple they would last but I guess not

I think it’s important to still own wired buds despite primarily using wireless. They’re fully compatible with iPhone (usb-c) which is why I chose Apple brand. The sound quality is good and they fit comfortably in my ears. My only complaint is that they don’t come with the phones anymore. ;)

The wired Apple EarPods have always been a great product offering sound clarity and convenience at a fraction of the cost of the wireless option. In my experience they also fit better unlike the wireless ones that some people struggle with because of the shape and size of their ear cavity. The only drawback is the dangling wire getting stuck on door knobs or other protruding objects if you walk and talk. If you’re careful to avoid this sort of thing, then these are great buys.

These EarPods are great! We've used them and the sound quality is clear with good bass and no distortion. You’re here for one thing and one thing only, dependability. It has wires… so what? No need for pairing or charging what is now a mature piece of tech. All you need is your phone to plug into and it works. The audio quality is surprisingly good for a 20 dollar pair of earbuds and it comes with a mic control. It just works and that’s all that matters. Twenty years ago, I would have gotten a pair of Sony or Panasonic earbuds but Apple has surprisingly mastered the cheap but good quality earbud space.
