The whole family got their iPhones upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro, but the switch from lightning to USB-C meant her old EarPods would no longer work. She was leaving on a plane flight ... Best Buy saved the day in that I ordered online late at night and picked up next morning as soon as they opened.
