Good sounds and microphone quality for is price, but I experience pain in my ears after 10-15 minutes of use. Not for my anatomy.

The box came super damaged. I tried to chat with best buy about it multiple times but the customer service was awful. The person was chatting with multiple customers at the same time, but was not good at it. He kept writing stuff completely unrelated to my problem. I had to give up and take the loss because the store is too far from my home.
