Having only one ear working was pretty aggrevating and I often found myself walking to the left and often in left-looped circles due to the effects.

Clarity and crispness no issue once I opened a box that actually had the pods inside! My first box was totally and completely empty!! Wonderful staff merely replaced the box and we actually found it had pods! Price is excellent also.
