    I benefited from using Apple fitness more than I imagined I would. I have subscribed to other fitness apps and the Apple fitness workouts were by far the best out of others that I have tried.

    Who doesn’t like free stuff, plus I got my mom interested in fitness since she got an Apple Watch and Apple TV for christmas

    Better than wasting money on a gym membership if you have a nice community fitness center (if you rent like I do) definitely enjoy the instructors. New classes are released every Monday. They have it all!

    the best app for fitness at home. If you are a beginner and wanna be in shape or just to be more active, try Fitness Plus before any gym subscription. Why go to the gym and be around sweaty and smelly people if you can work out at home?
