    Buyer Beware! It only worked for a few days. Best Buy would not let me return it because I was 3 days out of the 15 days return policy. They would not help me in anyway. The customer service is horrible! Do not purchase. Your better off purchasing for. Amazon.

    Will not load websites. When it does all the content isn’t there. If you click on something in a website it usually doesn’t load

    Ordered and was sent a 6th generation. Returned and reordered and now it has been lost. Beyond frustrating and customer service number is little to no help. If I could give negative stars for poor customer service l would.

    Wrong charger. I called and was told to bring it in to the store to be looked at. I bought online to avoid the mall and an hour and a half round trip. The first agent told me she could assist with purchasing the correct one.

    Too many scratches in the screen and one deep scratch don’t turn on. Charging outlets is dirty inside ,just return.
