it was in good condition. There is one pixel that does not work with someone annoy me that other than that really really good condition and it came in early which was a good surprise! 10 out of 10 would recommend

I bought this iPad because I wanted to use it for my college classes, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a brand new one. It works perfectly and you wouldn’t even know that it’s refurbished and not brand new. In addition, the customer service I received from Best Buy regarding shipping and questions after my purchase was extremely helpful. I would definitely buy from Best Buy again!

I bought four 7th generation refurbished iPads. The iPads function as expected but the order had problems. The four iPads were to be gold backed but only three were. The fourth was silver backed. Not a big deal really but it was a discrepancy. The second problem was that the supplied chargers didn't match. The "ice cubes" were of the micro USB design while the chords were of the older USB 2.0 design and did not fit. Now is where it gets stupid. When I called customer service I was told that I should drive the 60 miles (round trip) to my nearest Best Buy and they would exchange the "ice cubes." It would have cost me more in gasoline than it costs for the "ice cubes." Why didn't then just acknowledge their mistake and send me the proper "ice cubes"? Their immovable stance has cost them any chance that I will make future purchases with them. Too bad, all for the sake of a couple dollars.

My son loves it and its better than android ipads.

The iPad worked great and had no issues. It was missing cords however the Geek squad young lady at Fairview Heights made sure I had everything that it was suppose to come with.

Looks new except for the partial sticker on the back that won’t come off. I wish I knew that was possible.

A referbished ipad I was sceptical. I was impressed.

Wonderful iPad I use it everyday. I got it a few months ago and it's perfect.

I was not able to add internet because it did not have a sim card port. not able to use it for what I intended.

First the ipad overheats like crazy I was just scrolling on the home page can the ipad started overheating but the worse part is when it overheats the screen pops outs but they do let your return under a certain amount of days DONT BUY THIS IPAD

It came with the wrong charger and best buy wanted me to return it and reorder rather than just send me the right charger. And it's cheaper on Amazon.
