    The iPad was in great condition but unfortunately I received the wrong cable and cannot charge it. This order was placed online but the only way to get the correct cable is to go actually into the store which is many miles away from where I live.

    Never will I ever buy refurbish again! It’s not even a month and the screen just shatter. My son has had iPad for 15 years of his life and buy far this refurbish is a big mistake.

    The refurbished phone that Best Buy sold me is stolen… I have a disability in going down to the store is a nightmare, however I had to go down to the store yesterday to which the customer service could not help me, as they were unable to access my phone due to a password. I got home and within 20 minutes I googled the solution was at the phone so I can return it. I won’t be doing any more business with Best Buy.

    I brought a refurbished IPAD and so it was not new. The price was a goid orice. They shipped me the wrong one and it was not working properly. I could not get the screen to sow the menu
