This refurbished iPad has been a great addition to our tech family! It operates smoothly and has 0 dents or scratches. It looks and feels brand spankin' new! I am very happy I made this purchase. I will more than likely come back for more refurbished deals in the near future!

it works AMAZING, the storage is exactly what it said it would be and the touch screen works amazingly. i never knew that best but did deliveries, but im SUPER glad that they do!! it made it so much easier to get back into the art community and start from scratch!! thank you so much best buy.

This refurbished iPad was the perfect gift for my daughter. It worked perfectly and I was able to save some money. I always recommend geek squad, and Best Buy when people need recommendations.

I love my Ipad its good quality its just that it has minor scratch. in terms of durability i have to probably write another review for that in the next couple of onths.

lovely ipad but you can tell its refurbished since there are little scuffs and one dent, other than that i think it is absolutely worth it

The iPad arrived in good cosmetic condition and no issues at first, but once I went to charge the iPad it refused to charge. It was concluded that the charger port was damaged, so I had to go to Best Buy to return and exchange for a new one.

It was great, and I give the iPad a 5 star review, the 4 star review was due to the month of delay to deal with Best Buy to resolve a mishipment and reward point issues. They sent me an 8th generation 32GB. The box was labeled with both a 9th gen and 8th gen sticker. They obviously put the tablet in another box from 9th gen, put the 8th gen in and added another sticker without removing or covering the 9th gen sticker. This was a major hassle to clear up, I'm sure they thought I took the 9th gen and replaced it with the 8th gen.

My daughter purchased this ipad with her birthday money. She loves how it keeps up with her online games and how she can easily draw a picture with her apple pen. She wanted the iPad for the Facetime option. I love that I can call her via facetime to check in on her.

Product was exactly as described no issues with product setup and transfer were simple.

I bought this 256GB iPad to replace my 32GB iPad, which had reached its storage limit. The primary reason for owning an iPad is for use during aviation navigation. This refurbished iPad does what I want, but does have a few glitches. The screen unlock isn't always reliable; the zoom in feature isn't consistent; and the swipe to turn a page function doesn't always work flawlessly. Its functioning as a navigator hasn't been an issue, so it does what I had bought it to do.

iPad is great. Works with no issues. Fast and colors are great. Games are lightening fast, my other iPad was very slow. Size is wonderful, my other iPad was 9. But this is just large enough. I bought a swivel cover and use it for all kinds of stuff. Great buy!

Item is working great. No technical issues. Only downfall is packaging item comes in which is miniscual to the item itself.

It's an IPAD. You would never know it is refurbished. Meets all expectations. If you're looking for an IPAD. This one is an excellent buy.

This iPad looks brand new. I was apprehensive to buy refurbished but you cannot tell it is not new. For the price savings, I recommend exploring these options.
