I purchased this iPad and think was worth buying. The only reason it gets 4 stars is the battery isn’t great for a newer model.

Just wrote a big long review and said no on recommendation and it erased everything!!

I've needed a new iPad and was lucky to find this certified refurbished model at a fraction of the cost. Everything is going great so far!

The refurbished phone that Best Buy sold me is stolen… I have a disability in going down to the store is a nightmare, however I had to go down to the store yesterday to which the customer service could not help me, as they were unable to access my phone due to a password. I got home and within 20 minutes I googled the solution was at the phone so I can return it. I won’t be doing any more business with Best Buy.

This iPad was perfect for my grandson. He wanted it for games.

I brought a refurbished IPAD and so it was not new. The price was a goid orice. They shipped me the wrong one and it was not working properly. I could not get the screen to sow the menu

It was just what I needed. I use it mostly for reading

Clean & like new. Only gripe is they were nice enough to include a usb to lighting cord but a usb c cube so I couldn’t use them together but the cord is a good one which is hard to come by so I appreciate it. Would buy again a good value

Seems to work great, came in great condition besides a little stickiness from a previously removed sticker. I got it mostly for taking video calls and so far so good.

iPad stopped working two months to the day from when it was delivered. Best Buy claims the product has a 90 day manufacturer's warranty, but Apple doesn't even offer just a 90 day of warranty. Neither Best Buy or Apple have done anything to resolve the issue except run me around (and the so-called 90 day warranty is almost up). Even if I manage to get this resolved, it's been far more headache than it's worth.

I bought a 256 gb and you sent me a 64 gb instead. I then had to drive 30 minutes to your store to return it because you didn’t have the one I purchased. So instead of taking peoples money for something you don’t have and waste their time just say out of stock.
