The price was a goid orice. They shipped me the wrong one and it was not working properly. I could not get the screen to sow the menu

Stolen phone thank you
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The refurbished phone that Best Buy sold me is stolen… I have a disability in going down to the store is a nightmare, however I had to go down to the store yesterday to which the customer service could not help me, as they were unable to access my phone due to a password. I got home and within 20 minutes I googled the solution was at the phone so I can return it. I won’t be doing any more business with Best Buy.

Only gripe is they were nice enough to include a usb to lighting cord but a usb c cube so I couldn’t use them together but the cord is a good one which is hard to come by so I appreciate it. Would buy again a good value

Good while it lasted...garbage "warranty"

Best Buy claims the product has a 90 day manufacturer's warranty, but Apple doesn't even offer just a 90 day of warranty. Neither Best Buy or Apple have done anything to resolve the issue except run me around (and the so-called 90 day warranty is almost up). Even if I manage to get this resolved, it's been far more headache than it's worth.

I then had to drive 30 minutes to your store to return it because you didn’t have the one I purchased. So instead of taking peoples money for something you don’t have and waste their time just say out of stock.
