    I've used Geek Squad for several years. It's the reason I shop at Best Buy. So, when I saw that I could purchase a refurbished by Geek Squad ipad I jumped at it. My total tech membership is my best purchase ever. I know they did a spectacular job refurbishing it and, with a 1 year warranty it was a no brainer. When I leave the store, if there is a Best Buy manager there I tell him that Geek Squad is the best thing going. Oh, and by the way, the Geek Squad tech person helped me set it up and was very patient with me. They never make me feel stupid. Important for a 77 year old senior.

    The refurbished iPad 8th gen works fine and is in perfect condition. However, the storage is low and I think it is better for kids for gaming and entertainment.

    Product was exactly as expected, and in excellent condition. It came with a higher quality charging cable than apple typically provides. This is a great option for kids who may not need the most current iPad, but with the capability of running the most current Apple OS.

    Works fine except when you plug it in to charge it fools you by saying that it is not charging. Also came with the wrong charging cord.

    I bought 3 of these ipads for my kids, and they play on it often. It gets the job done, no issue. But by nature im a Samsung guy so the only issues was trying to figure out the apple world.
