    Ordered a 10.2 in IPad in November and I gave it as a birthday gift in February. Upon opening it up my neice went to turn it on and would not start up. Thinking it needed to be charged I let it charge up for 2 hours, no luck. I then noticed it flashing once every 20-30 seconds (not the apple logo). I tried multiple resets and then noticed scuffing on a corner like it had been dropped before shipment. I took it to Best Buy and then was notified it was barely out of warranty, so I now have a paper weight and my neice has no b-day gift. I have bought many many things from Best Buy over the years, even refurbished Macbooks with no problems. I am saddened by their lack of empathy and their lack of caring about shipping out damaged products to consumers and making it right (even to Best Buy Plus Members). I have been a die hard fan of Best Buy and their products, but I guess not so much anymore.

    Had the iPad now for less than 2 months. Cannot hear it bc it says headphones are attached but we are not using headphones. If you AirPlay it or use headphones is the only way you hear anything. Don't buy bc they give you 15 days to exchange only

    Upon receiving the device the screen was broken in the top right corner. It’s a refurbished device so we expected some defects. Then not even a full 30 days of use the iPad is not charging.

    Keeps freezing does not connect to WiFi well and supposedly I could not get a refund because Best Buy’s policy is within 15 days not 30 like it’s suppose to be what a waste
