The young guys who helped me at Best Buy were so knowledgeable and polite. I had the new iPad in three days.

Great Condition. Just What I Wanted

Very fair price. Well packaged. The ipad was in very good condition. This is the second upgrade I've done through BestBuy. I will likely do another in the future

You cannot even tell it was a refurbished item. Predominantly used for my wife's cooking, watching movies/shows, etc. Apple constantly delivers great products that do not disappoint.

He’s had it for a year and we have had no problems with it. This is by far his favorite birthday gift. His old one did not keep a good charge but the charge on this one is much better
