The ítem is in a good condition the only detalles is that are stuck a lot of hair around the screen and in the edges, too difficult to remove them.

While nervous to purchase an older model, this model was perfect as a gift for my sister for Christmas. She has had problems, loved the combo with the pencil and I am just thrilled she loves it. You could not tell it was refurbished.

I bought this item to Serve one function For my dad who uses it for recording his music In a live studio setting and it is perfect!

Very easy start up needed to go to store to get power cord wrong one sent with I Pad.

I’m not sure if they’re refurbished with genuine apple parts. I bought an expensive protective case and the screen was cracked within 3 days. We have another we bought directly from Apple and are very happy with the quality of that one. I would not recommend the refurbished iPads. Also, the charger that came with it is in pieces.

The listing is incorrect, or I was sent the wrong item. I received a 7th gen 32gb, but the item was supposed to be a 9th gen 64gb. Buy at your own risk.

The reason I am only giving two stars for these purchases has no relation to the apple products but has everything to do with Best Buy’s customer service. This product was ordered on line for my wife’s sister who resides in Florida, my wife and I reside in South Carolina. The Best Buy rep I spoke with on the phone helped me complete the purchase. I informed her this was a gift that would be sent to the Best Buy in lady lake Florida where my sister in law would pick it up. The rep on the phone said no problem and took all of my sister in laws information. When the product reached the store in lady lake Florida I received an email telling me it was ready for pick up. I called the store to let them know that my sister in law would pick it up. The store rep informed me that I had to pick it up because my name was on the receipt also that the cover I had ordered for the iPad was not received. It two weeks of frustrating phone calls before my sister in law was allowed to pick up the device because of dare I say incompetent customer service. I for one will never use Best Buy again!
