    It said Geek Squad certified. Well this Geek should be taught the correct way to earn the Geek Squad position. It’s jumping back & forth between three different apps, then begins a wavy line across the screen

    The IPad is great so far! 4 stars bc they sent the wrong charging cable and I don’t like that they won’t mail me the correct one and told me to go to the store for it

    iPad does not work anymore after 6 months. The screen is blackout suddenly, but the manufacturer warranty for the refurbished product from Best Buy is 90 days only. I will never buy refurbished products from Best Buy again.
