Never Buy Refurbished Apple Products from Best Buy

I’m a Total Rewards member, yet I’m now being told this purchase isn’t covered. When you buy through the website, the Total Rewards warranty information appears as though the item will be covered, but apparently the warranty was only valid for 60 days. This has been a total waste of money. I honestly don’t understand why they market something as “Certified Refurbished” if it doesn’t provide any meaningful assurance of reliability.

Love the refurbished ipad !

I asked many questions about the coverage. When the screen broke, it coat me almost as much as it did to purchase the item.

Great Product at Affordable Price

She has had problems, loved the combo with the pencil and I am just thrilled she loves it. You could not tell it was refurbished.
