so far works great. I ve had it for a couple of weeks now. the price was great as I just needed a ipad but did not want to spend more money,

Looks and feels like a brand new iPad. Though it is a bit older, still works perfectly. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Very happy with the functionality. Only two complaints: stated it was space grey and it definitely silver. Secondly there are some scratches on the back that could’ve been bugged out.

Opted to purchase a Geek Squad Certified iPad for peace of mind and to had the insurance of a quality refurbished product. Upon receiving the iPad, despite the description of "like new", I notice a chip in the screen and reported immediately via support chat. I was told I could take it into a Best Buy location and have the Geek Squad replace the screen at my cost, or I could return it within 90 days. I told them I wanted to return it and was told I would receive a return label. Fast forward 70 days, I realized that I never receive the return label as promised. I contacted support to request it again, only to be told the return window is 60, not 90. Also found that a Best Buy membership with the added warranties and protections are excluded from Geek Squad Certified items. Wasn't told this by the agent, but it's found under "terms". Customer Service is was not helpful in resolving this issue, despite their agent misinforming me. The supervisor was especially rude. It's crystal clear that Best Buy does not stand behind their own certified products. I would have been better off purchasing off of Amazon, and will do so in the future.

Bought it refurbished and you couldn’t even tell. I used this when I’m on the go or when I don’t need my laptop! It’s been great and got it at a great price!
