Had a couple hiccups actually getting the iPad but functionality wise it’s very good! Runs very smoothly and has tons of storage.

IPad works fine and has a slightly bigger viewable screen than my old 8th gen iPad. My biggest complaint is battery life. It drains significantly faster than my old iPad. I've cleared it out and reinstalled iOs and nothing seems to improve battery life.

You can tell they took the screen off and “refurbished “ it because the one corner isnt flushed with the ipad. Its not horrble but I noticed it. But it still works great and my husband likes it. Now he wont steal mine :)

I'LL TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT MY FIRST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE. I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT (I PAD) AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD SON ON NOVEMBER 5, 2023, WITH DELIVERY SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 8, 2023. SO UNTIL HERE, ONLY PRAISES FOR THE COMPANY, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE IPAD, WAS IN A CARDBOARD PACKAGING AND PACKED IN BUBBLE PLASTIC, THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX WAS NOT SENT WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND NOR WAS THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR IT. I BELIEVE THAT THE POWER CORD IS NOT ORIGINAL, AS IT COMES IN BLACK. WHEN MY SON SAW HIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT IN THAT SITUATION, INSTEAD OF SMILING AND THANKING, HE STARTED CRYING DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING. I DO NOT INTEND TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS IT DOES NOT PRESENT MARKS OF USE AND MY SON HAS ALREADY ADAPTED TO IT. HOWEVER, I DO NOT INTEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. GRATEFUL

Decent quality. First came broken and had to exchange but it wasn’t much trouble. Battery life is a little iffy.

Great for school. If you are doing anything medical it’s easy to work with on the iPad.

We were a bit nervous to buy a refurbished ipad, but so glad we did! We wanted an ipad air, and this made the price right. It was in great condition, no scratches or any flaws that we noticed. It seems to function perfectly, so a good purchase!

Everyone already heard how great the iPads are but finding one that has as much storage as this whole being a newer model that I also saved hundreds on, it’s fantastic. Everything I need to do gets done quicker and easier

Great renewed ipad, bought this a couple of weeks ago amd use it everyday

Came in a cardboard box no regular charger it came with a black charger , the screen was bent and slighty popint out I would recomnd to buy a new one instead

Esthetically: 10/10. No dents or scratches. Came in blue, not in grey (liked it much better). Do not expect the color in the description. It did come in transparent bubble wrapping without the original charger. The charger it came with seems good quality and new (Insignia 30V). If anything the battery lasts just a tiny bit less than a brand new iPad, but it is close to no difference. I was very skeptical at first but I would buy again. It is basically a brand new iPad only without the packaging.

I purchased a geek squad certified refurbished ipad air 4 and it stopped charging after only 4 months of use. Best buy was not willing to help replace it or fix the issue. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend.

Unfortunately the ipad stopped charging after a few weeks and I had to return it.
