    Ipad arrived with deep scuffs on screen, top right corner of screen looks like the glue did not set in right. Other than that ipad is good

    Item was as described and very much like new when I got it. Only thing I would have preferred if it were to come in a refurbished box rather than a plastic bubble wrapped bag. Also, it would be great if the plug and other edged hardware were kept wrapped and separate in different areas of the package, rather than on the screen of any item, it could scratch.

    This refurb failed out of the box. There was something wrong with the battery connection and the iPad would shut off unexpectedly. I took 6 tries to make it through the setup process without it shutting down. After getting it setup, it worked for about an hour and then it started having the same problems...battery shows charged then suddenly drops to 0% and shuts down after 1-2 seconds. I was super disappointed and didn't even get what I paid for. One last thought-they didn't even include the correct charging cable with the iPad. They put in a used Lightning cable instead of the USB-C cable that is needed.

    Great device, in excellent condition! I always buy refurbished when I can, and this item looks and feels brand new. Love the inductive charger for my apple pencil.
