    Worst experience buying a tech item. I received this iPad 5 days later than what Best Buy originally told me it would arrive. It finally arrived, I set it up and got my stuff on it, and then I checked the device info on settings and it turns out I received a 64GB model, when I had clearly ordered a 256GB model. I then walked into a Best Buy store to return it, since it says on the website you can return it at any of their physical locations, and they told me I couldn't because the serial number on the order OBVIOUSLY doesn't match the one from the device. I ended up having to return it via mail. Very bad customer service and treatment.

    Not bad for refurbished, battery wasn’t the best. Had a big sticker on back that BB put on for whatever reason, didn’t even bother to remove because I was going to return because of short battery life, spend a little more money and get new with a year warranty from apple, refurbished one didn’t have a warranty from apple.

    My daughter loves this tablet. Shes 11 and wanted to use her apple pencil she got for her birthday, so surprise we needed to get her a new ipad! Great value when getting geek squad refurbished compared to new and we already have a blanket insurance plan if anything goes wrong!

    Nice upgrade from a 2018 11 inch iPad Pro A12X, It is also awesome that the Apple Magic Keyboard works with this and we did not have to purchase a new one! Best Buy, as always, delivered quickly and the item was in excellent condition!

    I’m sure it would have been great if they sent us the correct one, a 256GB 5th gen iPad Air. Instead they didn’t have it in stock and sent us a 32GB 1st generation iPad Air as a substitute. Ummm no, that is not a substitute. They were apologetic and gave a refund.
