Just as the title says, we got it for it price point but when we looked over it had scratch or scuff marks on the screen that we could not remove. Returned it and ended up coughing up the cash the a new one.

I received the item however it was dirty with some scratches and the charger they included was a lightning charger and not a usb-c charger so I was not able to charge the iPad with it. I ended up returning it to purchase one brand new as I wasn’t satisfied with the quality.

Mostly good but faulty trade-in website soured the whole deal. When I put my model and make for the ipad i was trading in for, it told me I would get $70, but when I got to the store for pick up I discovered that the tradein website had malfunctioned and that they were only offering $30 instead. Had I known that I would have bought from Apple, who (when I took it over there instead) gave me $75 in a gift card for my old ipad. Ipad works as expected except for some reason this model does not automatically turn on the wi-fi even though it is already toggled on. Other than those two things good value so far.

When I picked up my item, I discovered it was 64GB and not the 256GB that I paid for. Luckily, I checked before leaving the store and an employee helped me resolve the issue.

Ordered this refurbished iPad Air Gen 5 with 256GB of storage, waited almost two weeks, and was sent one that only had 64GB. I called and was told they'd be able to replace it in store, but once I got to the store they said they didn't have that model and my only option was to return it. They weren't able to exchange or re-order from a different store for me right there, or offer me any kind of discount.
Really frustrating- I thought Best Buy would do better than making a mistake like this.
