I love it and i find it helpful for everything school to work.

Arrived like new. I do not see anything that would have led me to believe these were used. They did come with chargers that are not apple branded.

Saw this iPad Air and I thought to myself wow what a deal. I never owned an iPad so I was really excited. I even but the pencil that goes with it it was delivered and the pencil doesn't work with it I tried everything turns out this iPad they gave me it's 9th generation! And I didn't even realize it till it was too late! Instead of having the 15-day return I only had 12 because it took 3 days for it to be delivered so that's 3 days I couldn't even look nor have the iPad physically! Luckily I paid this thing with PayPal so they could shove it down their throats when they say no you can't return it

This was a purchase that I was skeptical about but it was completely worth it. I recommend to all that are considering going this route.

It was the worst mistake to purchase from Geek squad. Its charging port wasn’t working plus bad condition from back and i gifted it to someone abroad. Such a shame when the opened it and try to charge it. Had to purchase brand new 6th Gen. I would suggest always purchase new gadgets rather then used especially from geek squad.

iPad was banged up and was in extremely poor condition.

I ordered this specific ipad and got it delivered super fast. But once I opened it the power button was cracked and it took me a trip to best buy to get it sorted out I had to buy a new ipad because I used my previous ipad for school which I traded it in for this one just super disappointed with how it came

Bestbuy shipped the charger and cord on top of the glass(even though the box had its own charger compartment) so during shipping the metal usb scrapped the glass. Best part is the cord they sent me is the wrong cord for the charging brick. Geek squad really disappointed me on this. Not sure I'd ever order a refurbished through Bestbuy after this.

It was broken, I would like it if you would send it to me again, it's no good.

For reference, I’m coming from an iPad 9th gen, so the iPad Air 5th gen is a major upgrade in terms of specs/hardware. The interface is snappy and fast, and the battery life so far seems great. I’ve successfully taken the tablet to conferences and events, and it holds up very well throughout the day taking notes. The screen had some minor imperfections after cleaning it thoroughly, but with a textured screen protector (think paperlike), it looks flawless. I’ve added a logitech case and apple pencil (2nd gen) and both work perfectly with the connectors. The box came with a decent length usb-c cable and charger brick. I think the brand varies sometimes, but in my case, I got both apple original versions of cable and brick. I’d definitely recommend buying from Best Buy’s refurbished program again, especially with how expensive brand new apple products are these days! My only annoyance is that this iPad is “apple intelligence ready” which means that I’ve lost about 7gb of storage to a mysterious “apple intelligence” block that cannot ever be uninstalled, even if I don’t want to ever use apple intelligence. For a tablet with only 64gb, that’s more than a little annoying, so something to keep in mind.

I had been searching for an ipad and i knew i wanted an Air. I just wasnt sure whch generation. Whem i found this one, i instantly fell in love with it, especially for the price! It arrived quicky amd worked perfectly. Ive been using it for school and i havent had any issues. I highly recommend it! I even bought the apple pencil, which i also recommend getting.

Solid product for a great price. Refurbished iPads are a great way to go! It works well all around as an iPad. I have two critiques, however, that motivate me to return this product and upgrade. First, the battery life isn't great and it takes a while to charge. Secondly, and most importantly, 64g isn't enough for this iPad. iPadOS takes 11 gigs and System Data takes 10.3 gigs, so I'm already losing 21 gigs off the bat. This is nearly 20% of the total storage capacity which is pretty rough. Overall, it's still a good, workable product, but I'd be hesitant to recommend it if battery and storage are big factors for you...

I use it for my notes in nursing school and it is very useful. It is faster than the 10th generation. Works well. The color is pretty too ◡̈ got the apple pencil as well. Connects seamlessly

This was in like new condition, not even a fingerprint. Works perfectly and even came fully charged. The cord included was actually an 8 foot too. Great deal!

I was a little nervous to buy a refurbished one, but I had a brand new iPad at one point and I cannot tell the difference between these two they run the same. It isn’t slow and even if there was a problem, there’s the Best buy guarantee!

Better than expected, workin well, no battery issue, no scratches.

This is my first ipad and my first time buying a refurbished item. I would like to say im glad i made the purchase! Everything runs smoothly and i mainly use it for leisure or some light work. Im currently doing my masters and have a full time job. This is so light weight i can carry in my bag and pull it ojt with ease. The only thing I’m concerned with is the battery lofe. Im not sure if its normal for it to go out so quickly. I am still testing and timing how long it takes from full battery to 10%. Other than that i see ko other issues and have no regrets!

This was a great price for an M1 powered iPad but the storage is not adequate for 2025. Look for refurbished M chip iPads with a minimum of 128GB or even better, 256GB storage today. For my purposes, a YouTube/streaming device, the internal storage works but don’t expect to save multiple files, photos, or games on it.

Initially, I was a little skeptical of purchasing a refurbished device but I am glad to say so far, there have been zero issues over past 5 months. To note, refurbished products do not come in an apple box, they are bubble wrapped in a best buy box; I also receive a charging cord with the device. There were no scratches or dents, battery health like brand new. I connect bluetooth devices seamlessly, honestly performing like a brand new iPad fresh from the box. Overall, a quality purchase, would definitely recommend.
