    Overall I'm loving this iPad. The 10" screen is perfect form factor for a tablet. I also REALLY love that it's easy to use it as a second screen with Apple's continuity. Using it as a second screen is a breeze. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the USB-C port. It's SUCH a nice update to be able to use a generic USB-C cable on it, rather than needing a lightning cable. I'm using this with the iOS 18 beta, and it works flawlessly so far. I couldn't be happier with this purchase - it's my go-to device for sitting on the couch at the end of a long day and doing some reading where I can use a bigger screen.

    I will never again disregard refurbished products, at least when they are from Best Buy! Initially designated for a seldom used role, I was so impressed with it once I used it that it is now the primary iPad I use and I will soon be buying another one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    this was nice, But it has a big dent in the case right at the camera. i will need to see if it give me a problem.

    It was cheaper than buying it new and it came in a condition that i couldn’t tell if it refurbished or not. Great product!

    I understand it would be used, but what I received is a used one with many obvious scratches on rhe screen. Also, the original cable was missing and there is only a third party cable. Returned and get a brand new one from Bestbuy.
