Didn’t come with an apple box and had a tiny scratch but rest assured its good abd the battery lasts for me. Been watching anime with it. Its perfect for the price, cant beat that!

The condition of the iPad Pro 11" 2nd generation I received is good. However, I would appreciate more information about the item's condition and the original accessories included before purchasing a Geek Squad Certified refurbished item. It would have been helpful to know if there were any scratches on the front or back of the item, and whether the original box and accessories (charger, USB-C cable, etc.) were included. Details like these would be greatly appreciated when purchasing a refurbished item. In my case, the iPad looked flawless, the USB-C cable appeared to be OEM, but the charger was third-party. Unfortunately, there wasn't an original box. While all of this is acceptable, it would have been nice to have a clear understanding of what I was buying to set appropriate expectations before making the purchase.

4 years after release still an amazing unit. The display is incredible; even though it’s not OLED, it never really bothers me. It handles any task I throw at it despite still having an archaic A-series chip. Battery is enough to last through at least one day of moderate use. The screen is super high resolution so 4K movies, shows and videos look stunning and working in post production for my job, I can watch back for cuts with extreme clarity.

This review is for the IPAD 11 itself. This is the one right before the M1. Still very fast and usable. For the price I paid no regrets. The geek squad was errr... A toss up. Mine had a small dent in the back and some micro scratches on the sides and front glass. Knockoff charger and cable and no original box. I kept it cause I had extra charger and I can live with the dent and few scratches. For what I paid I couldn't get it any cheaper.

I bought a refurbished iPad and while it works perfectly, it's clear it was heavily used. There are some scratches and it doesn’t have that brand-new feel, but it gets the job done without any issues. If you don't mind a device with a few signs of wear and tear, a refurbished iPad is definitely a solid option. Just know it won’t look pristine, but it will still be fully functional.

Small scratch on the screen but I’ll take a small scratch for saving $300. Works great for entertainment and college, would purchase again if needed.

I can definitely overlook the small scruff marks on the back and small scratch marks on the front. Can't beat the price. Will recommend to other.

The Value was a 10 out of 10. Physically the deceive was a 9 out of 10. The main issue was the battery which was at 84% which was disappointing. Would recommend
