I got this item open box. Bestbuy didnt bother to give me a charger with it and when i asked for one they told me its additional. So i laughed and walked out of the store. The item was marked down by $150 and had obviously been used but ot works well. Excellent battery life, crisp and clear display, reaponds quickly to touch etc… its a great buy! Ofc apple is overpriced but theres no competition so… go get one! Im enjoying mine.

Fantastic iPad. I mostly wanted the upgrade for better use of Procreate, but I also love using it for my school work and work duties. The screen is bright and clear, and the sound is great (though goes up far louder than I will ever need). As a refurbished iPad, I knew it may not be in perfect condition. Aside from some small scratches on the back and minor breaks on the edges, it is perfect. It works great, and the minor damages are hidden by the case.

I bought this looking to have a beginner friendly iPad experience. This is everything I was hoping for plus more. Best Buy has done a great job refurbishing this iPad as it works and looks as if it was barely used. I will be buying another refurbished product from Best Buy again.

Sadly this came cracked as it was open box, but marked as excellent. I will say despite the crack it was a great iPad, then I exchanged it for a smaller model and got Apple care on it.

Excellent condition, can't even tell that it was refurbished. Wife loves it. Grabbed an apple pencil which was also refurbished and works perfectly. Kudos to BestBuy for such high quality!

The item is in good condition and works great. My only complaint is the sticker on the back that wouldn’t come off clean so there is sticker residue and paper stuck all over an item I just paid $500 for. I cleaned it off but I doubt any customers appreciate this.

Product works great, just as described. Small dent at top but doesn't affect anything and is hardly visible. Description said it would come with USB-C type charger but it did not.

Amazingly powerful tablet. Works almost as good as a MacBook Pro. Build and screen quality are top notch. We are using it for live streaming zoom meetings to our church TV monitors and it's doing the job perfectly. Also buying refurbished is a great bargain. It has some limitations due to only having one USB-C port and no headphone jack but for our purposes, it's a minor inconvenience.

Device looks almost flawless, sure there is very minor scratches on the screen, but other than that, it practically looks brand new. It works flawlessly so far too. The 120Hz display makes all the difference over the iPad Air in my opinion. Love this iPad so far!

I had the first Ipad Pro and loved it as long as I could. This is a great upgrade for me even though it is not the newest model. The M1 is awesome and the geek squad certified refurbished option was a great price.

Very pleased with my purchase. Thought of going for one of the newer versions but this is a significant upgrade from what I had plus the M1 chip will allow me to use Apple Intelligence once it’s released.

Even tho this product was Refurbished I was worth every dollar I spent
