The specifications in the listing were for a 4th Gen iPad Pro 11 inch with a M1 chip. I received a 3rd Gen iPad Pro instead.

The specifications listed this refurbished iPad Pro as a 5th generation and I received a 3rd generation.

Geek squad certified. iPad worked. Returned because of a deep scratch that was the full length of the screen.

Some scratches on the display, and also no clear indication that this was a prior gen ipad pro

Never buy referbished from best buy. This is the third product I've received that was in horrible condition

First, iPad arrived just in wrapped plastic not even a box. Secondly, it came with the wrong charging block and cord so if I even wanted to keep it could not charge it. Finally, iPad came already updated to new iOS system not the system it should have when it was released originally. Very disappointed in Best Buy!

I knew it was “used” but im surprised Best Buy resold this iPad the screen is very scratched if I knew it looked like this I would not have purchased it for the price

I ordered this mid November and it was displayed for so long that I tried cancelling the order but I wasn’t allowed to. It took a whole month to eventually get the product just for them to give me the wrong charger!

Obviously, if you are after a tablet for its mobility, the iPad Pro 11-inch (2022) is the one you should be looking at. If you truly love what Apple is doing with iPadOS and want to delve in that workflow completely, the huge screen of the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2022) will lend itself well for that. You should buy the 11-inch iPad Pro if...In fact, if you're upgrading from an existing iPad, whether it's the Air, the Mini, or the vanilla model, then you'll find yourself right at home with the 11-inch form factor. And its M1-based performance will be noticeably better.

I got the Space Gray one, but overall the iPad is in great shape! I’m kinda upset I did not receive a charger, but luckily I had a spare cube and USB C cables are cheap on Amazon.

Pretty good! Only complaint is mine came with a pretty deep scratch in the screen and some other scratches, and sometimes the screen is a little hyper sensitive but otherwise works perfect.

Works well for my art and writing but never been a fan of apple prices
