I was skeptical about buying a refurbished iPad Pro, but this Geek Squad Certified model completely changed my mind. I honestly didn’t expect such great quality at this price, but the device looks and functions like new. The screen is vibrant and responsive, the performance is fast and smooth, and the battery life is excellent. Everything works perfectly, and I haven’t noticed any difference compared to a brand-new one. For anyone looking for a high-performance iPad Pro without paying full price, this is a fantastic deal. The iPad shipped fairly quickly and packaged very well. The in-store pickup was quick. The iPad itself is in good condition so, I would recommend others give geek squad products a chance!

This Apple iPad has been great so far - Pretty easy to initially set up. Grandson was using it within the first hour. He enjoys the bright and clear images that makes game-playing enjoyable.

I Received the refurbished iPad with no original box or charger, it was delivered by the postal service it came pretty dirty out the packaging but after a quick cleaning I seen there was no damage, scratches etc. so if you want everything apple provides with this iPad buy new. if that doesn’t matter to you and you wanna save some money buy this option and get apple care+ for the price of new.

this device expecting Face ID to work properly, but it constantly shows an error saying Face ID is unavailable. I’ve tried cleaning the camera, updating the software, and restarting the device, but nothing has fixed the issue. Additionally, it’s obvious that the screen was opened before, as there’s visible glue residue, and part of the screen is slightly lifted. Very disappointed with this experience.
