this device expecting Face ID to work properly, but it constantly shows an error saying Face ID is unavailable. I’ve tried cleaning the camera, updating the software, and restarting the device, but nothing has fixed the issue. Additionally, it’s obvious that the screen was opened before, as there’s visible glue residue, and part of the screen is slightly lifted. Very disappointed with this experience.

I wasn’t impressed with my refurbished iPad and returned it. It seemed as if I was inheriting someone else’s issues. It was super frustrating & very glitchy. Lesson learned
