This is my first refurbished iPad purchase, at first glance i was surprised at how new it looked not a scratch noted and it does everything i needed and so much more and I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Based on the tech specs in this listing, what I should ordered was a 2021 3rd generation 11 inch iPad Pro. What I received instead was a 2018 first generation 11 inch iPad Pro, which is worth about half of what I paid. If I were less tech savvy, I would have been none-the-wiser that I had been ripped off.

Literally brand new. In love with my new iPad, I originally bought it for school but Lord do I use it for everything lol.

Came without its ipad box. They sent the Wrong charging cable. I Cannot verify product works because it has 40% battery and no usb-c charging cable, so it will not download iOS . I have no idea what condition the battery is in at this point, or if the product really works. Purchased for a Christmas present, I paid an extra $35 to expedite the shipping. Now there are none available, so they cannot replace it, only offering a refund on my purchase. It is 8:12 PM on Dec. 13th. Description does not mention NO BOX. NO PAPERWORK. WRONG CABLE. Will never purchase another “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished” Product again.

It came as advertised. I miss read one thing so it was not quite what I wanted, but it works great. They sent a cord with it, but it was the wrong type for charging the iPad. Very strange.

The ipad pro is amazing. I use it for my small business and its helped with productivity. Appreciate thats it is lightweight and touchscreen. I got the logitech keyboard case and that pairs great with it.

I bought this ipad so that I could use procreate to pain while in bed or on the couch, as I have chronic pain. I'd previously bought an XP-Pen screen tablet a few years ago but sitting at my desk for long stretches has become painful. The surface size is perfect and rivals that of the XP-Pen but the responsivness of the ipad pro is a lot higher. The Refurbished Ipad was like new. If not for the fact it didn't come in the original packaging, I wouldn't have been able to tell that it was not a brand new ipad. If someone intends to use it for art like I do, however, the Apple Pencil 2 is an essential buy.

It was I really good tablet until I put it on the washer by accident now I need I new one and I’ll buy a same one of it’s possible

The item itself is great. Perfect in condition, even for a Refurbished unit. 5 stars for the item. Would have given a 5 star review but the packaging for the shipping was subpar.

Purchased an Ipad Pro refurb for my back to school efforts and it has been great! All the features and options are operational plus I got to upgrade my old Ipad without having to spend too much.

I love it! I've had it for about a month now and it works great for my piano lessons and apps it provides. I was a little skeptical since it was refurbished, but its working great! Thanks Best Buy it was the Best Buy!!

item in very good condition, functionality correctly. I don't found a problem with the iPad

Came with no scratches or marks at all. Great battery life at 90% with 200 cycles. Been using it for 2 weeks and haven't had a problem. Although the charger that came with it is kinda bad so i ended up using my phone charger which works great.

iPad arrived when I expected in excellent condition. Everything worked like it was supposed to and I am really enjoying it

Condition is fine, but specs said it was a 2021 model- it is 2018 first gen, model #MTXQ2LL/A Didn't come in original box and has an off-brand charger, but works perfectly fine

This was possibly the best purchase I have ever made. I definitely don’t regret spending this much money. The IPad came in great condition no problems what so ever!

Refurbished apparently means still damaged. For Apple, refurbished means fixed and in new condition. My ipad had a scratch on the screen and a shattered corner by the flash. This damage is not mentioned anywhere in the purchasing process. No box either and sticker residue on the back. Now it's still a significant price drop from Apple, so not terrible and I really don't want to deal with returning and fighting over this. I'll stick with Apple refurbs in the future.

The actual product is amazing and as expected as someone who has owned iPads before. But if it weren't for the guy at Best Buy in store, I would have been scammed. The iPad I first received was a first gen older than the one I already had and the model numbers were entirely different.

Great product! It was in great condition when I got it, like it was new.
