    I bought this iPad refurbished, and it still looks brand new! Best Buy did an amazing job cleaning it up and making it look great. All functionality is still top tier!

    It was great, no amazing at first since I am a 1st time apple user, until I finally used it for a week the battery started dying quickly. But other than that It was a great experience.

    Great iPad.. no problems everything was perfect. No scratches or dents. Starts right up and decent battery life. Over all very happy with my purchase.

    This is definitely not the model I ordered. I got the 2021 refurbished and received the 2018 instead. I paid double what I should have. Too bad it wasn’t evident until I’m installing apps and some are incompatible. Now I’m outside my return period and feel cheated.

    Received the wrong item. Order IPad Pro 11 Gen 5 and received Gen 2. I tried to return at Best Buy store but they refused to take the iPad back, instead gave me the customer service’ phone number -They were very helpful-
