M1 Ipad pro is everything you ever need on an ipad and more. M1 ipad pro is best in class. Beautiful and bright display. 12.9 sometimes feels a little too heavy to carry around holding it. Huge steal for this open box price. Very handy for traveling use as a laptop replacement.

This iPad showed with several scratches on the screen and on the case, its just used, not “like new.” Now I question the battery life remaining, I’ll probably return it. At least it showed up in a reasonable amount of time.

For the price that i pay, it is amazing. It does not even have a single scratch. Works amazing. I homestly do not know what is the difference from brand new one

Amazing and fully functioning one year later, it’s amazing i love it! Maybe because this is my first iPad ever but the battery feels like it doesn’t last the whole day, but I’m a full time student using it to write notes every day for every class in tandem with a math the apple Magic Keyboard, so just a frame of reference for my fellow uni students

This is the very first time I bought a refurbished Apple device ever since buying their products since 2002. It was refurbished by Apple for Best Buy with a one year warranty. I made the order at El Centro California at Best Buy’s Customer Service department. It was delivered to my home address within three days looking as good as new! Works great! This is my 4th iPad and my first Pro model and so far it’s the best! I’m very satisfied with the purchase!

Awesome device, upgraded storage and have had the same device since 2021. Mine arrived in perfect condition with 96% battery health after calling Apple to run a diagnostics on it. Scratch free/flawless. Highly recommend

This is a steal for the price and its like new. But it just sells out too fast once available.good luck

Device came with minor scratches on the screen and 93% battery life which was lower than I expected.

Extremely disappointed to receive a basic used tablet that was still dirty. Numerous scratches on the screen and the battery was not holding a charge like it should. Returned as it was just a complete disappointment. Not refurbished at all. Just a used tablet they put in a box.

good. The whole return process is relatively smooth. I bought a refurbished IPAD 12" on 02/01 and found there was a charging problem. I took it back to a local store but could not return it because the serial number did not match. So I had to request a return online and had it shipped back.

I was skeptical to begin with as I have not used an iPad for years. But, the integration, screen resolution and portability has made me believe that I did the right choice by buying it. Supplement with keyboard case and it works very well in many scenarios. I saved a lot by purchasing geek squak certified as the quality is like new. Thanks!

Loving my iPad Pro. I take it everywhere. Great for music scores---bright and clear. Battery could last longer.

I know it was refurbished but I expected it to be “like new”. There was a good size dent in the back and several scratches on the face.. the also gave me the wrong charger so I had to drive 40 miles to Best Buy to exchange it.

I’ve always wanted a iPad Pro having had more than five iPad 10.9 iPads, this was a great purchase. The price was great and the device itself overall was great. I would recommend purchasing from Best Buy’s.

I ordered this product through the App. It was ready for pickup at store within an hour. My husband picked it up with no problem and he was very happy with the service. I love my tablet. It works and looks like new. Great price as well I would highly recommend to others

I purchased this specifically to use as a Peloton workout iPad for rowing. Large screen and fairly current tech, can’t beat it. Especially, for a refurb the price was awesome.

Seems to work alright. I don't know if the battery was replaced with a new one when it was refurbished.

When buying something that is refurbished there's always a concern about what you will get. However, you would never know that this iPad was a refurb. It came out of the box looking brand new.
