    I ordered this product through the App. It was ready for pickup at store within an hour. My husband picked it up with no problem and he was very happy with the service. I love my tablet. It works and looks like new. Great price as well I would highly recommend to others

    I purchased this specifically to use as a Peloton workout iPad for rowing. Large screen and fairly current tech, can’t beat it. Especially, for a refurb the price was awesome.

    When buying something that is refurbished there's always a concern about what you will get. However, you would never know that this iPad was a refurb. It came out of the box looking brand new.

    I know it was refurbished but I expected it to be “like new”. There was a good size dent in the back and several scratches on the face.. the also gave me the wrong charger so I had to drive 40 miles to Best Buy to exchange it.

    Great price, nice iPad. Excellent condition. The iPad has already been used in the field on a video production project. The only downside is that the battery life seems to drain slightly faster than it should, but overall, an excellent unit.

    Can't even tell it's refurbished/not brand new. It was in great condition and I got it for a steal. This is functionally a great ipad for studying, work, and leisure. I love it.

    Was not what I was expecting. Device had scratches on screen that were not expected based on condition description on website. Return process was simple enough. Exchange was a nightmare to try to even get offered that option. I ended up returning this item because it was not what I expected for the price and description.
