I definitely will NEVER again buy another refirbished product from Best Buy, and might even think twice about ever buying anything from them again! It was a total disappointment paying big bucks to upgrade from my 2016 9.7” iPad Pro to this 2021 12.9” iPad Pro only to receive an iPad as small as the one I already have! Instant return! Buyer Beware if you dare to buy refirbished rubbish!

i have been wanting an ipad for a long time but the cost was and still is very prohibited. until now, and after my stroke i need it a tablet where my eyes couldn't strain more than necessary and this tablet helps with that.

It took a long time to receive it as Best Buy sold units at $700 for what costs $1400 brand new. All work and it even comes with 90 day Apple warranty! Very impressed, wife has happy anniversary and I get her old Gen 3 12.9” ipad pro!

worked great, except the charging port would only charge the iPad if the cable was put in a very specific angle with pressure. had to send back.

I was sent the wrong device - gen 4 rather than gen 5 - a12z chip rather than m1. Be aware.

It takes a whole day just to charge it fully. And it does quickly and then again another whole day to get a full charge.

0 stars, sent me the wrong product and there weren’t any more that could be shipped. Then said I could just take it to a store for refund and they didn’t know how to do the return on a wrong product.

It never got here , Fed Ex was never able to track the order. On 4/8, they finally refunded the $ on my cc. After 3 calls; BB was always very helpful. But whomever you’re using to ship your orders … suck!!!
