Was very scared receiving this ipad because od the negative reviews. I dont regret purchasing ipad, the battery holds up pretty well. Love the 13’ screen. The only negative side is the incorrected charger that was provided with this. I had to pay out of the pocket for a charger. Only minor scratches on the back.

This iPad is in good condition, however, there are several moderate scratches on the screen and a decent sized gouge on the corner. This is to be expected for a refurbished item, I was just hoping to get a brand new like some of the reviews. It arrived in a generic brown box safely enveloped in bubble wrap & included an insignia brand wall charging block & charging cable. Hopefully the battery holds up. Overall, not bad for the price.

The reason chose this over the other options in this price range like the air and regular iPad. Is 1 the screen, a 120hz screen makes a huge difference and make this iPad feel great when scrolling or taking notes. 2 is Face ID it make it so convenient when signing in to my many apps and school subscriptions it’s a huge time saver. With these two big reason and the great price for a older iPad Pro, I believe this was the better buy then some of the newer choices without sacrificing performance, battery or support.

People thinking geek squad is not worth the purchase, it is worth. Came with good packaging although not original accessories but the ipad came with minimal scratches and squeaky clean.

If I hadn’t purchased it I wouldn’t have known it was refurbished because it looks brand new. Still waiting to see how well the battery holds up but so far so good. I was nervous when I received the package because the box wasn’t very big but whoever wrapped the iPad did a great job! The insignia charger and cord that came with it are brand new and work well.

The iPad Pro with the M1 chip is an absolute game-changer, and if you’re considering the refurbished version, you’re in for an even better deal. Apple’s M1 chip, originally designed for Macs, has now made its way into the iPad Pro, and it’s nothing short of revolutionary. Refurbished or not, this device offers the same groundbreaking performance as a brand-new model, providing all the power and functionality you could ask for at a significantly lower price.
From the moment you power on this device, it’s clear that the M1 chip is a powerhouse. The performance is mind-blowing – apps launch almost instantaneously, multitasking is seamless, and demanding tasks like video editing, 3D rendering, and gaming run without a hitch. Whether you're using it for creative work, work-related tasks, or entertainment, the iPad Pro handles everything with ease. And because this is a refurbished model, you get all that power at a fraction of the price, with the confidence that it has been tested and restored to like-new condition.
One of the most impressive features is the Liquid Retina XDR display. Colors are vivid, blacks are deep, and everything looks incredibly sharp. Whether you’re watching HDR content or designing a project, the display does justice to every detail. It’s the perfect companion for those who value high-quality visuals.
The integration of the M1 chip also improves efficiency. Battery life is exceptional, even with heavy use, so you can work, play, and create for hours on end without worrying about running out of power. The 5G connectivity ensures you can stay connected and productive no matter where you are, making it a perfect device for professionals on the go.
Apple’s Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil 2nd Gen are fully compatible with this device, transforming it into a versatile workstation. Whether you’re sketching, writing, or giving a presentation, the iPad Pro with the M1 chip feels like a true desktop replacement.
Buying a refurbished iPad Pro means you're getting a device that looks and performs just like new. Apple’s refurbishment process ensures that each unit is thoroughly tested, cleaned, and restored to meet the same standards as a new product. Plus, with the savings you get from purchasing refurbished, you can experience top-tier performance without breaking the bank.
While the iPad Pro with the M1 chip may not be the cheapest tablet on the market, buying refurbished makes it a highly cost-effective choice. Whether you’re a creative professional, a student, or someone who simply wants the best of the best, this device will not disappoint—and at a great price.
If you’re in the market for a tablet that can truly do it all, the iPad Pro with the M1 chip, refurbished or not, is the ultimate choice.

Got this as a GS Certified Refurbished and it came with two deep and multiple fine scratches on the display, even though it was not advertised as such. I tried using it for a few weeks but every time I had a white screen those scratches would distract me from reading even after I put a glass screen protector on top. The unit would also get really hot at the bottom rear half when charging, so much so that I could not hold it while charging, as I don’t want to use a case with an already gigantic tablet.

I bought this 5th Gen M1 iPad Pro 12.9 refurbished and they actually sent me a 4th gen with an A12Z chip and in the wrong color. I have bought refurbished stuff before and really never had an issue. But this time, it wasn't even close.
I still gave it a five star review because BestBuy (N Canton store) made it right and gave me sale price on a new M2 model, which I really appreciated them doing.
Just a note to others...it can be a little risky buying a refurbished item. But again a big thanks to BestBuy N Canton for taking care of the issue and making it right.
Could have been better, but could have been worse.

I question what a Geek Squad "Refurbish" entails. Mine had fingerprints on all sides. There is a light scratch on the top-right quadrant of the screen. The charger they sent is only 10 watts, which is way too low, and obviously not from Apple (a random black charger.) Oh , to add insult to injury, the cable is 1 foot long, lol. Some nerve. Other than that, the iPad works well. It had 110 charge cycles, and 95% of its estimated battery life remaining.

I was initially a bit hesitant to purchase a refurbished device, but I have to say, this iPad Pro from Best Buy has completely exceeded my expectations. First off, it arrived in what I can only describe as “excellent” condition—honestly, it looks and feels brand new. There were no visible scratches, dents, or scuffs; you wouldn’t know it’s refurbished if you weren’t told.
The screen is absolutely stunning. The colors are vibrant, the resolution is razor-sharp, and the display makes everything feel incredibly smooth and responsive. It’s awesome for streaming, browsing, or just scrolling through social media.
And the battery life? Fantastic. Even after a full day of heavy use—whether I’m multitasking between apps, watching videos, or sketching on Procreate—I still have plenty of juice left. It holds a charge incredibly well, and I haven’t noticed any decline in battery performance so far.
Overall, I’m stoked with my purchase. For anyone on the fence about getting a refurbished iPad, I’d say go for it. This one from Best Buy truly feels like a new device, at a fraction of the price. Couldn’t be happier.

It works pretty good, it came only with a scratch on the back of the ipad, but since I have a protector it's not a problem for me. I recommend it if you want something durable and with a good deal at a low price
