Other than having major scratches on it We’ll see when it started glitching

This was my first time ever buying a refurbished item, but I looked at the reviews and I bought it. I can honestly say that I have no complaints whatsoever. It works just fine. The graphics everything is just the same as the one that I own that I paid the outright price for, so my suggestion if you are thinking about a refurbished from Best Buy from the geek squad you can’t go wrong

Very good for what the price we paid, battery was a little underwhelming first but then it started working perfectly after 2 days, now it lasts a really long time!!!

These geek squad refurbs can be a great value if you are ok with a used item. Getting from Best Buy allows for ease of mind in returning if you spot anything wrong, which happened with my first one. Second unit was flawless.

Great ipad and the display is amazing and it’s very durable

I bought it for my son and so far, it works just like new. It arrived in perfect condition. This is the second refurbished Apple product I have bought from Best Buy, and I have not been disappointed.

My iPad Pro 12.9’ 128GB arrived in the mail yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised! For the price, I honestly expected something to be noticably wrong with the device, but besides a couple of small scratches near the top right corner, its virtually unscathed. It runs great, the display is beautiful, it works seamlessly with my Apple Pencil, and the camera is better than expected. Overall, highly reccomend this refurbished device and will be getting many years of use out of this hopefully!

The iPad Pro is a great tool all around. The screen upgrade and the ability to use an external monitor finally enticed me from my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9. Honestly if you don’t plan on using an external monitor the older iPads are still insanely great. Refurbished came in perfect condition.

Except one or two cosmetic scratches, the Geek Sqaud refurbished tablet is in great condition and half the price.

This is my first iPad and I’m in love with it! I use it for school and it’s a game changer

I have been using this iPad since 4 months. I haven't faved any problem with it. Truely enjoyed the purchase as I got it for a good deal with a trade-in.

Fast delivery and great product. 93% battery, some minor scratches but nothing serious, no damage at all. It also come with 30w third party charger.

Its very smooth and functions perfectly. I have stayed away from iPad for years so am able to see the definite upgrade in value for apple ipads. Thanks

The best IPAD pro I have ever had. Fast, reliable machine for every day use.

I received a 3rd generation iPad instead of the one I ordered. I ended up going in store to exchange it, but there were none available and it could not be ordered. I ended up getting the open box newest generation with a small discount, but had to pay $200 more than originally anticipated. I also have no need for the M2 6th gen iPad, which is why I was ordering this one to begin with. Despite the thousands of dollars I spend at BestBuy each years the best they could do was $50 off the new one with no other options…unfortunate.

I prefer the refurbished Ipad pro 12.9” works great. What a Great deal‼️
