It might be a refurbished iPad Pro 12.9, but it looks brand new! It is fast and has a ton of storage. It came with a better than standard charging brick and a braided usb-c 6 foot cord. Love this!!

A fast and reliable, works like it was new. The Geek Squad did a great job in refurbishing this iPad, I have had no issues with it and it exceeds my expectations. I was able to transfer my information with ease thanks to Apple’s iCloud and I was able to do it from my other Apple device remotely.

The tablet is in good condition. The screen is clear with no cracks or major scratches. It runs smoothly and holds a good battery charge. All buttons, ports, and features are working as expected. It’s been lightly used and well taken care of.

I received this Geek Squad Certified Refurbished 12.9 inch iPad Pro and I’m beyond disappointed. It arrived in a flimsy cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap along with an Insignia usb C wall charger and charging cable. I wasn’t expecting an iPad box after reading other customer reviews so that didnt bother me. Upon taking the iPad out if the bubble wrap, it looked like they grabbed the first trade-in that they had within arms reach. It had what im guessing was the previous owners hair on the screena and lodged into a few spots on the case; and while addressing the case it has multiple small dents and scratches and the back of it has a piece of a sticker and what looks like streaks from a hasty wipe down. Not to mention and big gash on the corner where the power button is. It looks like it took a nasty drop on the concrete. I was so disappointed with the appearance of the product that I didn’t bother to turn it on because I knew that it would be going back to the store ASAP. I knew that this iPad wouldnt be in immaculate condition but this is ridiculous. I took pictures to represent the bulk of my complaints but I can say that this is not what I was expecting and is definitely my first and last time buying anything refurbished from BestBuy.

I really like it, the charging plug came a little bent, and a small invisible dent on the case, and so it is perfect for its money, thank you guys for this device

IPad is like new - know it has a great backround with the BB Geek team. This replaces a 5 year old IPad.

Took longer then I expected, I guess because it was refurbished I didn’t get fast shipping with my elite status. Overall it looks brand new have not seen any sign of use, battery was 1% and I’m charging it now hopefully it lives up to expectations.

Nice IPad works well but battery does not last long as it should .

Received this refurbished iPad and has been working good so far. No complaints on that end and crossing my fingers I won't. Packaging and the way the iPad came was not great. I assumed it would be a little off since it was refurbished, but definitely came way worse than expected. Scratches on the entire front and back of the iPad. Not minor, but basically the entire screen had huge long scratches.

Absolutely fantastic , for the price it was unbeatable. Best Buy is one of the best sights to go through for your tech. Needs from gaming to phones to tablets & laptops.

CERTIFIED refurbished Ipad is a complete lie . They need to do better . When it came to my door the tablet was already powered on insode the box . Thats 1 red flag 1 of their geeks did . I had the tablet for less than 24 hrs & the MF started getting stuck i could touch anything the screen kept blanking out . So none of theor geeks did their job on fixing the issue before sending these tablets to customers
