The ipad is in great condition. Happy with the purchase of refurbished item. However, packaging is poor, the box was not sealed correctly. Missing some OEM cables. Otherwise gteat purchase

Lots of new features to take advantage of. It is faster than its predecessors. I will say I am frustrated with the battery life. It seems that you can’t have a full days worth of usage with a lengthy charging break.

I bought this 5th Gen M1 iPad Pro 12.9 refurbished and they actually sent me a 4th gen with an A12Z chip and in the wrong color. I have bought refurbished stuff before and really never had an issue. But this time, it wasn't even close. I still gave it a five star review because BestBuy (N Canton store) made it right and gave me sale price on a new M2 model, which I really appreciated them doing. Just a note to others...it can be a little risky buying a refurbished item. But again a big thanks to BestBuy N Canton for taking care of the issue and making it right.

Device was pretty great, but I returned it for two reasons, 1st- ipad OS had major restrictions to the point were why even spend that money when you could buy a macbook air. 2nd- battery life wouldn't last more then an hour and a half. Everything else about the tablet is great through, m1 processor makes it very fast and the screen has great colors and contrast. This overall was a good tablet, just not for me.

I was concerned with the refurbished aspect, but wow it feels like a new device. Battery life is the same as new and everything runs with no issues. This device has turned me to looking into other refurbished devices.

Device works as intended! Has worked great for my brother’s school use.

Great iPad for being refurbished/geek squad certified. I did notice that the screen has a small area of the display has some pixel issues. This does not impair the functionality of the iPad.

No issues with the iPad. However, received a Non-OEM charge cable (USB to USB-C) and power adapter (USB) . Reached customer service chat and was advised to return/exchange the entire item to a store or return shipping, instead of just the charger and cable. I didn't choose the store return / exchange because a similar experience with a open box ( best buy in store pickup) item which came with completely wrong cable and the nearest stores were not helpful, one store told me to go the store where I picked and the other one was told to reach out the manufacturer and luckily the manufacturer was able to send original cable free of cost, so this time I opted to return it instead of going through all these hassle. It doesn't make any sense when you say it is geek squad certified refurbished but sending wrong accessories.

Had a few scratches on the screen. At least they were in the corners or I would have sent it back. Ya I know I bought it refurbished but of all things the screen should not be scratched. They probably thought since it was just two corners no big deal. But still lam to sell it like this. Only option is to return it and try again but no guarantee the next one will not be worse. So mind as will keep this one. I am sure that is who ever decided to send this one of was hoping. Someone not so lazy would for sure send it back. Just suck they would deem this condition worthy to sell.

I was worried about getting a damaged ipad but it came out seemingly good as new. I’ve been using it for about a month and it has great battery and works exactly how i’d expect a new ipad pro to work. It was a great deal that i got it for just 600 dollars.

It arrived not in the standard apple iPad box. It comes in a cardboard case with bubble wrap around it. Comes with a usb-c brick and cord that are not from apple. The iPad back had a sticker on it and is tough to remove the sticker. Also, the front of the screen had tons of scratches. Not sure why Best Buy would call it certified when there are obvious damages to the product. Hence, that’s why the iPads are sold at a discount, but not sure why they sell cracked screen iPads.

I love this product. I bought this is June and took 2 or 3 days to come very quick. It had some scratches but not noticeable at all bit also this was expected since this is refurbished. I would absolutely buy from Best Buy again. Love this and you guys should but this too!

iPad Pro is a fantastic! Best personal device I’ve ever purchased. On screen graphics and speed of processing is superior to all other iPads.

I got this item refurbished and I do not regret it one bit! It’s been a few years now and the screen still looks great, the battery is immaculate, there were zero scratches or marks. Definitely so worth it!

Works like new, no stutter, Zoom camera feature is amazing! It follows you whenever you move around in the chair.

Hard to beat the price for what you get. Most people don’t need all the new features of the newer models so if you want an iPad Pro but on a budget this is the way to go.

what a steal tbh, in almost perfect condition, it still worth $400 if I trade it in with apple for a m4 ipad pro.

It came in great condition, a bit scratch but you can’t really see it, definitely get it refurbished.

I heard alot of good thing about the refurbished and would expect some blemishes and scrapes but the one I received the front of was all scraped on the corner very visible. If it was very minor it wouldn't had bother me... Will be returning it as for $200 more I got a brand new one
