I bought this refurbished model, set it up and then it said "Face Recognition not available on this device". The Pro model has facial recognition and that is one of the reasons I chose it over the Air version. They should never have sent this to me.

I ordered two and were both covered in deep scratches, I just tried a third time because the price is good. Hopefully this new one is better. but from my experience they are carelessly packed and without much protection, very much a shame for such an expensive and otherwise value rich product.
