    This is a steal at $699! I ordered refurbished but got a brand new one in the original unopened Apple packaging. Absolutely unbelievable.

    Got many scratches in the screen, some marks in the button frame, and I had to come back to the store because I wasn’t able to turn on and set up the iPad, geek squad did something and activate it.

    Bought refurbished with the category of best and expected not more than 1-2 scratches . Ot had a plenty of scratches and a dent innthe bank . Returned back .

    The listing shows that this is a fifth generation iPad Pro with the M1 chip in the new micro LED display. They sent me a 4th generation iPad and were not able to resolve the issue and get me the correct item.
