    Refurb model came with a cracked screen. Check your refurb models. BestBuy took care of everything though.

    I like my iPad as my reading device and web surfing and beyond. I don't really use it for anything much other than those use but i feel who needs a kindle reading device for example, when you have this one. Great device for everyday use great for example for watching movies as well. I thoroughly enjoy and love my iPad. I am thinking about getting small iPhone becasue I no longer feel I need a big phone, I just need my iPad around that's all

    I was sent a Gen 4 iPad when this clearly shows the stats and model number of a Gen 5. When I called to ask them to exchange for the correct model they sent me on a wild goose chase to my local Best Buy, who in turn told me they can’t help me and they don’t know why I was sent there. I called customer service later that day and told them I’d keep it if they gave an appropriate discount and they declined. When I asked how to return it, they said go to the store. When I went to the store, they told me I have to return it via mail online. Then I contacted customer service and they told me if I mail it in, it will just be sent directly back to me from UPS and to go back to the store to return it. Talk about horrible customer service. I feel like a ping-pong ball and this THEIR mistake. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

    Perfect for watching movies and space you need to do all of your work. Split the screen and enough room to do parallel activities
