    I returned it to BestBuy. It was not refurbished, it actually pre-owed product with the long crossed interior scratched line. Super disappointed.

    Battery did not retain charge out of the box returning to Best Buy store was very challenging since serial number from online did not match items serial number luckily a Best Buy customer service representative made the extra effort to call Best Buy and get an authorization otherwise I would have been stuck with a refurbished defective Best Buy product with no return capability

    Definitely not in good condition, it had multiple deep scratches, and the side of the iPad has been beat or something because it has small dents, idk how they thought this could go as a Geek Squad certified, definitely in bad or worse condition, don’t even risk it, I’m definitely going to return it and get my money back

    Sent generation 4 instead of generation 5. Specs was completely wrong. Returning was also a huge time sync between customer support point to store and store being clueless

    The iPad was in excellent condition - no scratches at all. The screen is flawless. I didn’t expect it to be this good lol! Maybe I got lucky. 2 years old for $699 - a good value.
